Wealth 4 all at TAP 2.12 :)

I'm so exited! I just bought TAP 2.12 in my Wealth 4 all business! I bough it myself because even though I have repurchase rate at 100% I didn't have enough money in my cycle bucket to buy it but I did have enough putting both buckets together (cycle bucket and e-wallet). So I just logged in and bought it :) I now have 156 AUs! Awesome :)

Wealth 4 all back online

Got an email from Wealth 4 all claiming that the sit is back online!
Here it goes:

Well, it is finally resolved !!!  The website is up and running and we are with our new host provider with faster and better servers and 5 layers of security to protect our and your business.

Remember, some of you may not be able to see the website because of propagation, and some of you that went into the splash page we had up, may have to clear your cache so that you can get into the site.

Thank you for your patience and support for the last 48 hours as we resolved this issue.  Now we have a better solution and server for everyone.  Again, thanks for your patience and understanding.

Remember that those of you that were supposed to have pay cycles on the 20th and 21st, they will now have a new date of the 22nd since the processes ran today.  Your next pay cycle for those units will be ten days from the 22nd which will be July the 2nd.

Well, it took a little longer than expected, but we are now done. Enjoy !

That's great news but I'm still not able to access the site... I get some kind of error. it takes time for the propagation of the site so I might have to wait a few more hours to be able to access it.

Wealth 4 all site down

Here is an update I just received about the Wealth 4 all site being down:

Dear Juan ,

here is the latest update in regards to our server being down:

We were finally able to communicate with our Host Provider GVO who informed us that the reason for the server being down was because we were getting attacked which not only caused our server to go down but their whole data center.

Because of the type of attack, GVO decided not only to unplug our server from the farm, but they turned our server off and blocked the IP address from their Provider. Of course, we believe that was unnecessary and the time frame that has taken them to fix the issue is completely innadequate.

Our server is supposed to be back up within the next hour or two.  Now, we are asking everyone to please do not access the server or make any transactions as we will now have to do some maintenance to catch up the database to the current time so all payment cycles run correctly.

We are also contacting our new provider and trying to see if we can go ahead and backup all our data from the GVO host site and move our servers to the new data center and start running from there so this does not happen again.

We will keep you informed of the status of this situation as we make progress on it. Please rest assured we are working on a permanent solution and not on a band-aid fix.  We apologize for the incomvenience but we will have the system back up and running as soon as we can after verifying our database and all systems are caught up and working correctly.

Wealth 4 all offline

Just got an email in my inbox this morning about the Wealth 4 all website being offline due to problems with the hosting company. Here is a copy of the email:

We are experiencing problems with our website host company and we are working with them to solve the issue as fast as we can.

Since we seem to be experiencing thiss issues with our host provider more frequently than we deem acceptable, we have decided to contract with a more robust and reliable provider than can assure us of a server uptime above 99.5%.

Along with that move, we have also puchased two, more powerfull servers that can handle our growth and are under contract with our development company to be managed and serviced as needed.  This outages will be a thing of the past in the next few days.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may be causing you and assure you we are doing everything we can to get the site up as fast as possible.

Wealth 4 all update

Received a new update from the Wealth 4 all team about the payment processor and how to fund it:

I-payout Deposit Solution,

After receiving several emails and support tickets in regards to the trouble you were having making deposits from your countries into I-payout so that you could fund your Wealth4allteam E-wallets and purchase TAPS, we have come to a viable and good solution.

This solution was made available by negotiating with I-Payout and currently is for the following countries ONLY:

India
Pakistan
Shri-lanka
Brazil


These countries were only able to deposit funds via Bank Wire at a cost of $35.00 and the solution involves the following:

A) The Bank Wire fee will be waived for two months
B) The Fee has been reduced to $20.00. (That's a savings of $15.00)

So here is how it works:

When you go into I-Payout to deposit funds via wire, you will not be charged the $35.00 or $20.00 fee. I-Payout will let you bring the money at no cost. Wealth4allteam then will bill you $20.00 for your fee payable after 60 days you are in our business and have already made money. This will allow you to build your TAPs and build your team and gives you a 60 day loan with no interest at which time you will pay the $20.00 fee.

In the meantime, we will be working with I-Payout to see if there is a more permanent solution we can use.

We know that people that have accounts with branches of Chase bank in India and Pakistan can use those accounts for deposits and withdrawals, so you may want to consider opening an account with those banks. You also have the option to send a cashier's check to our corporate address for a deposit.

We hope that this solution will help all of you in the affected countries and give you a fair chance at building your Wealth4allteam business and bring new people. We are taking the risk for 2 months and paying that money for you to help you build and come into prosperity.

This solution should be available sometime Monday afternoon June the 18th, 2012.

Wealth 4 all Payment Processor Update

Today I received an update from Wealth 4 all about the Payment Processor Issues and it really showed me something I never thought would be that way. here is the copy of that email. It's quite a bit to read but you won't regret knowing this:

Dear Juan,

As you re all aware by now from information floating on the internet and communication we have sent out to you, there are some developing situations with third party processors, i.e. Payza and Solid Trust Pay  that we want to address on this email so that you have a complete understanding of the decisions we have been forced to make in order to protect our program and YOUR money.

Third party processors have been involved in a battle with the US government regulators for over two and a half years as they have been working in the United States with minimum supervision and scrutiny.  The problem is the fact that they have been working and acting as banking institutions but have not followed United States banking regulations because of loopholes in the still current law.

The point of contention has been the fact that this processors have been charging very high processing fees which banks in the US would never be allowed to charge it's consumers under the same law.  This fight has gone to congress, lobbying institutions and many other avenues used by the people representing these processors and our consumer protection agencies.  What you are experiencing right now, is the culmination of those 2 and a half years of litigation.  Bottom line, our government protection agencies have put it on the hands of the States (where it belongs) and has forced the processors to comply with each of the states laws where they do business with or face very stiff penalties and even imprisonment.

In turn, the processors have taken drastic measures of their own trying to create pressure from the consumer community and actually blame our government for what's happening.  That could not be farther from the truth.  The point of the matter is, we the consumers (vendors and customers alike) are paying the price of this bickering.

As of right now, we have hundreds of thousands of dollars tied up with these processors and they are making it really hard for us to get our money out of their systems.  First, they are making a lot of money in interest income playing with our money, second they are making even more money using other people funds to finance their business ventures and third, their fees income is outrageous.

Now, so you understand what our situation is, let me explain how they are working with us.  When you deposit money into the Wealth4allteam account, they immediately take those funds from whatever source you are bringing them from.  Now they announce to us, you have paid and we allow you to buy TAPs in our system. Notice we have not seen or have your money at this point. Theoretically speaking, ten days from the date you bought your TAPs, you could start withdrawing money from wealth4allteam which we would have to pay you out with real money from our bank account (unless you withdraw from the same processor you put the money in).  So, we got paid from the processor with Virtual money and we paid you with real money.  This situation my friends can ruin our program, it would not take long to create an unbalance in the system and putting us in an upside down position.  Not only that, if we wanted to cover the withdrawals made by those deposits, we are only allowed to withdraw $3000.00 per transaction and not more than $9,000.00 per day !  So they take money immediately and take weeks to pay it back to us.

To make matters worse, they are also safeguarding themselves from what's going on with the law and they keep increasing our hold balance almost on a daily basis.  So that you understand, the hold balance is money that is being deposited into our accounts that we can not use for 3 to 6 months just because the business we are in.  THIS IS NOT RIGHT !  This people in essence are literally hijacking our funds and holding them hostage at their will, with no recourse from our side.

Well, we are done, playing games with these companies and we will not allow them to hold us hostage as a company and hold our affiliates money and we are putting a stop to this madness immediately.  In a previous communication we had announced that we were going to allow deposits into STP until June 30th 2012 but that is changing immediately as of this email.

AS OF SUNDAY JUNE 10TH, 2012 WE WILL NO LONGER ACCEPT DEPOSITS FROM STP. We already stopped deposits from Payza as of 06/08/2012 and we will only allow withdrawals from STP until we consume all the funds we have in that account and reduce our liability with them.

We understand that this may be an inconvenience to some of our affiliates in different countries, but we are making a business decision that at this time will protect and benefit our business and affiliates in the long run.  Please realize, this is your money we are protecting, I am sure you will all scream bloody murder if you could not withdraw your money from Wealth4allteam because we allowed deposits to third party processors and then the money gets locked up with them for 6 months or longer.

Some of you have made comments that this is not fair and that there are other MLM  companies out there that allow their members to deposit and withdraw from those processors, well, all I will say about that is the following, we are not those companies and whatever decisions they make in regards to their business is their problem.  Ours, is to protect our affiliates and our program, Period.

This problem is not going away and it's only going to exacerbate as time goes by and more processors will be involved also.  We are being proactive and not allowing a bad situation to become worse and affect our collective business.  If and when this situation with those processors is resolved, then we will evaluate the possibility to use them again for our business in the future.

In conclusion, and to be clear so there are no rumors or misinformation.  OUR PROGRAM IS GROWING, HEALTHY  AND DOING JUST FINE!  WE HAVE PLENTY OF MONEY TO TAKE CARE OF OUR MEMBERS NOW AND IN THE FUTURE.  This measures we are taking are so that we avoid a problem before it gets out of control and to protect our business.  When communicating with others about this situation, please use this email as a guide.  Also, Even though many of you are not aware of how to do it, our Payment system I-Payout has the capability of taking deposits and withdrawals from just about anywhere in the world including cash payments.  This is a fact, just because you are not aware of how to do it, does not mean it can not be done.  We have provided this as a better option for everyone, please use it, learn it and save money at the same time.

Some of you have communicated that the fees are too high from I-payout and that is just not true.  When you compare the fees from I-payout to companies like Payza and STP, I-payout will win 10 out of ten times.  Payza or STP may not charge you for depositing money with them, but then they take 7% to 8% or higher in some instances whenever you take money out of their system.  For those of you that are still not convinced, let me give you an example:

Deposit of $5,000.00 in to Payza or STP:  Fee  $.0.00
Deposit into I-payout (the most expensive example):  $35.00 (price of wire from bank)

At this point it looks like I-payout is more expensive right! Well, I gave you the highest fee available to some of the foreigner countries (the majority is only $6.50), in the US and Online banking allowed countries, this fee is less than $7.00.

Let's now look at your cost of moving money inside the processors:

Transfer of money from ewallet to ewallet in payza or STP:  1.8% to 2.5%  using the above example, for you to move $5,000.00 in Payza or STP it will cost you from $90.00 to $125.00

For I-payout, ewallet to ewallet transfer REGARDLESS OF AMOUNT is $.25 !

Let's look at withdrawals now: STP or payza charge 5% to 8%:  So using the same example as above ($5,000.00) it will cost you from $250 to $400

For I-payout, even if you choose the most expensive way which is a bank wire it will cost at the most $40.00.  Normally i-payout to bank is $1.00 or $6.50.

So let's take a look at the total cost of moving money around with the different processors for the example above of $5,000.00:  I will use the low numbers for Payza and STP and the highest for I-payout:

TOTAL COST PAYZA AND STP DEPOSIT, TRANSFER,WITHDRAWAL:  $340.00

TOTAL COST I-PAYOUT DEPOSIT, TRANSFER, WITHDRAWAL:  $75.25

If you are not convinced after looking at the math, then nothing will.  And yes, I-payout takes money from every country except the ones on the OFAC list.  You may not like the way they do it, but they do and it works.

Also, for those of you that may still have problems getting money into our system and out of it because of this situation with Payza and STP,  We are still taking deposits directly to our bank account, you can use Western Union or Moneygram or you can even send a Cashiers check or money order until you set up and learn to use the I-payout system.

We are trying to make it as easy and as inexpensive as possible and going out of our way for you to get funds into and out of our system.  Please understand this MUST be done. Please do not send emails, support ticket or call our phones in regards to this matter, this decision was not easy but it is final.  Please respect and trust our judgment in this situation.

Again, and just to be clear.  We will stop taking deposits from STP as of Sunday, June 10th, 2012.  After that date only withdrawals from STP will be allowed !  Thank you very much for you patience and understanding.

 So from today on there is no way to fund your Wealth 4 all e-wallet but i-Payout but you can still use STP to fund i-Payout and to withdraw money from Wealth 4 all. I think it's OK as long as it is good for the business :)

Wealth 4 all team update

Today we've received an update from our Wealth 4 all team. Here are the most important points in it:

1. TWO MILESTONES ACHIEVED!!  This is a big deal and you should all be proud and happy of the announcement.  First, we reached $100,000 in withdrawal payments in ONE DAY.  Yes, after the PSU Payments were placed in your back offices, we reached  that milestone. While some programs boast of paying $100,000.00 in a month we are doing it in ONE DAY!  Second, and this one is important, we have surpassed the $1,000,000.00 mark in payouts to our members!!  It just took 5 months after unveiling the new pay plan in January, just amazing.

2. IMPORTANT I-PAYOUT INFORMATION.  Based on some of the problems arising in the financial markets with third party processors like Payza, STP, Liberty Pay, etc., here is the information about deposits into I-payout from banks and withdrawals out of I-payout and the corresponding time frames:

The following countries ALLOW eWallet deposit trough ONLINE BANKING, that is  Money Flowing FROM BANK TO E-WALLET: (As long as the bank participates in providing online banking functions).

United States, Austria, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, Australia,                 New Zealand

Users will simply be guided through the process by the i-payout system once the deposit is initiated.

BANK TO EWALLET deposits OUTSIDE THE ABOVE MENTIONED COUNTRIES will have to be done manually. Once they initiate the deposit through the I-payout system, they’ll be given instructions by the system that they can print or copy and you can take to the bank. The information will include accounts numbers and all you need to make the deposit.

Deposits from a bank account in the United States should take about 24 to 48 hours. Deposits from the other allowed countries could be longer up to 96 hours.  This is a banking system delay not I-payout.

Deposits from the OUTSIDE countries (those that must do deposit manually) can take 5 to 10 days depending on the country.  Again, this is not an I-payout delay, rather a function of the banking systems for those countries.

As for EWALLET TO BANK transfers.  Transfers to the following regions have NO DELAY:

United States
Canada (USD or CAD)
European Union (EUR only)
Singapore (SGD)
Australia (AUD)
New Zealand (NZD)
Israel (ILS) – discount wire ($6.50)
Russia (Rbl) – discount wire ($6.50)
China (RMB)

Regular eWallet to bank transfers to other countries may encounter a delay again, based on the countries banking system.

The wire option is available in USD for ALL regions. The funds will be delivered within 24-48 hours after the company approval.

Please come to the training we offer every Saturday at 2:00pm delivered by Stan Tsoumas, where we go into details of the system and a live question and answer session to answer any and all of your questions.

4.-     SOLID TRUST PAY, PAYZA WILL BE DISCONTINUED.  As of JUNE 30th, 2012, we will discontinue DEPOSITS from Solid Trust Pay, Payza and any other third party broker.  The reason for this decision is very simple.  There is a lot of scrutiny from the US government on these institutions and they must comply with a mountain of paperwork and regulations in order to do business in the United States.  When they do this on a state by state basis, they must close all transactions for that state or receive huge fines and even imprisonment.

As of right now, we have over $500,000.00 in those two processors and we as a company can not afford to have that money locked up or held hostage by those companies.  Remember, this is your money along with ours and we must protect it.

We will still allow withdrawals from Solid Trust Pay (STP) so that we can lower our liability with them and eventually bring the account to Zero.  But once we have taken our money out, we will not allow deposits and or withdrawals from them any longer. The same goes for any of the third party processors, they must all go thru the same process.

I know this may be inconvenient for some of our affiliates and new people coming into the company, but it must be done.  I am sure not a single one of you would like to hear that we can not pay your commissions for 6 months to a year because our money is locked up by one or more of these processors.  I-payout offers many different ways to get money in and out of wealth4all and I-payout deals directly with our bank accounts so there will never be a situation with them where we have no access to our money.

If, in the future this situation changes and it is remedied, then we will act accordingly and deal with those companies that can do business in the states again.  But until this is not all done and sorted out, again as of JUNE 30TH, 2012, We will not accept deposits from Solid trust pay or Payza !

3. LAST BUT NOT LEAST, PHONE SUPPORT!  Well my friends, we are getting big, this baby is growing and we need to grow with it.  We will be implementing our phone support department starting next week.  We have brought on board a support veteran that will streamline our system and take care of all of you! We are hopping to reduce the hundreds of calls that Danny, myself and others are receiving everyday.  You will now have multiple phone support options and hours so that you can get your questions answered in a courteous manner and with a smile!

My first active referrals!

Got my first active referrals in Wealth 4all! That's great! They only bought one TAP but it's a start. After 8 referrals finally two that have taken action ;) 
I received $10 fast start bonus and $2 commission for the TAP they bought.

Autopurchase working :)

Yesterday I set my auto purchase to 100% and today when I logged into my Wealth 4 all back office I was at TAP 2.2 :) So it bought 2 TAPs on its own without me doing anything else: this is passive set and forget income opportunity!

So now I have 76 AUs and the generated income of all my TAPs cycling is $68.4 - Way to go ;)

Interesting Update at Wealth 4 all

Just received an email from Wealth 4 all about some updates and there is a really interesting one:

YOU CAN NOW CHOOSE YOUR REPURCHASE % AMOUNT! Again, you spoke and we listened! As usual the default value for your re-purchase amount is 50%. Now you also have the option to select a repurchase percentage of 60%, 70%, 80%, 90% and 100%.  For those of you that asked for this feature so you can automate your repurchase, well, there you go!  You will find this new feature at the bottom of the Account Profile page.  This change is now live in your back office!

Way to go, I'll now set my repurchase to 100% for a few weeks (maybe month) and forget about the need to login to buy the TAPs myself ;)

Month over month growth (All paid affiliates):
April = 1867  May = 3270  That's 175% growth!  AWESOME!

Month over month growth conversion of unpaid affiliates to paid affiliates
April = 403  May = 562  That's 139% growth! AWESOME!

Month over month growth total revenue
